Based in Broomfield Colorado, we service Broomfield, Lafayette, Louisville, Superior, Boulder and surrounding areas.
The Operations Manager oversees and leads staff in the execution of contractual expectations to the highest levels of customer satisfaction while ensuring employment law compliance, adherence to internal policies & procedures, in accordance with federal and state technical standards, and in collaboration with executive management to sustain profitability and organizational growth.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES include but are not limited to:
Supervision- Train and supervise all technicians on all services. Monitor and evaluate performance. Manage quality and quantity of employee productivity.
- Customer Service – Interacts with clients to ensure high level of customer satisfaction. Work with owner on solving customer complaints.
Best Practices- Improve processes and policies in support of organizational goals. Ensure adherence to rules, regulations and procedures.
Human Resources– Recruiting. Technician performance appraisals. Ensure all policy, procedures and labor laws are followed, including safety policies. Ensure performance standards are enforced and proper coaching or documented disciplinary action is enacted. Consults with ownership for serious infractions occur or when progressive action is needed for support of the available HR Consultant.
Production- Monitor performance and implement improvements. Manage maintenance of equipment and machinery, including vehicles. Provide technical support where necessary. In collaboration with owners, ensure inventory is properly maintained and managed. Ensures all tools and vehicles are serviced, maintained, and safely operational through regular and timely inspections.
Safety - Define and update all safety policies and procedures in accordance with OSHA, state and insurance guidelines.
Strategic Input- Assist in the development of strategic plans for operational activity. Implement and manage operational plans.
- Sales & Marketing – While on a job site will work with clients on selling other services that Window Genie provides. Will canvass neighborhood with door hangers and offer estimates to neighbors. May also be scheduled to identify and contact businesses, presenting and selling Window Genie services to potential clients.
Qualifications and Physical Requirements –
Minimum of 2 years prior role in a supervision role.
Positive Professional attitude.
Excellent Communication skills.
Must be bondable – able to pass a federal background check with no felony convictions.
At least 21 years of age
Driving record must have less than 4 points
Able to lift a minimum of 50 lbs.
Comfortable and able to work on ladders up to 40 feet
